Commercial Landscaping for Westgreen Construction - Award winning Duke of York Restaurant, Chelsea

idverde Housebuilder South East completed the landscaping for Westgreen Construction, on Cadogan’s new award winning, Duke of York Restaurant in Chelsea. The winning design was chosen from 150 architect’s practice entries from across the world following an international design competition. idverde Housebuilder were privileged to be selected to install the soft landscaping to the beautiful, circular roof terrace.

Sales Area for Redrow Homes

Sales Area for Redrow Homes in Sunningdale, Herne Bay

idverde were required to design a sales complex, complete with front and rear gardens for 3 different style show homes, a Sales Centre and large car park area. Each rear garden was to have different features and elements for interest, along with a traditional wavy pathway to the fronts in keeping with the Redrow theme.

For Simons Group our brief was to install commercial landscaping at McDonalds, Costa and a roundabout nearby that was consistent with the existing architectural landscaping and predominantly involved high density planting.

idverde Housebuilder was invited to design and build a Local Equipped Area for Play (LEAP) that would satisfy the requirements of S106 at Redrow’s flagship Ebbsfleet Green development in Kent.
