With the addition of our in-house meteorologist, we can obtain rapid response weather forecasting, allowing us to analyse the requirements to keep community members and visitors safe. We provide a bespoke winter maintenance service dependent on your needs. 

Our teams will carry out a full site visit winter proactive service, preventative solution and full risk management to review your requirements and prepare service provisions to meet varying budget requirements. With a service that includes condition forecasting, planning, delivery and reporting, you can have confidence that we act to prevent disruption from weather and look after your sites throughout the season. You don’t need to make calls for gritting or snow clearance, you can leave it all to us.

Technology

We control all site requirements through the use of customised technology that was specifically created to support our Winter Maintenance Services. Each vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking, showing locations, times and grit rates for each vehicle. Bespoke co-ordination systems have been designed to handle each element of a winter maintenance service. Detailed, online records are provided to our customers within hours of a completed application, which is an integral part of managing risk and mitigating any claims. 

Keeping you updated 

Met Office System: We receive daily reports from the Met Office to ensure accurate monitoring of national weather conditions, which allows us to proactively plan and implement gritting or ploughing services.  

Control and Reporting: 
You will receive daily reports, with notifications of when we will visit sites to undertake gritting operations and confirmation that the sites have been visited and works completed. Our systems allow us to customise reports specifically to meet your requirements.
